Kate's Kentucky Kitchen, LLC is a home-based processor. We prepare all of our orders out of a home-kitchen and follow all of the standards required by 902KAR45:090.

"All items shall be provided in person, directly to consumers within this state, including from the home-based processor’s home by pick-up or delivery, at a market (not a permitted retail market), a roadside stand, or community event. Home-based processors are not permitted to ship items."
